Last Updated: 1st January, 2026

Welcome to Miss Gospel Pageant International.
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and your participation in services offered through the website, including contestant voting, registrations, event ticket purchases and other pageant-related activities.
By accessing this website or completing a transaction through it, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

  1. About Miss Gospel Pageant International
Miss Gospel Pageant International is a faith-based pageant organization focused on empowering young women through faith, purpose, leadership, personal development and positive social impact.
Our activities include pageant competitions, contestant development programmes, public voting, events, registrations, partnerships and other related initiatives.
  2. Use of This Website
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes.
You must not attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the website, gain unauthorized access to any part of the website, manipulate voting results, submit fraudulent transactions, impersonate another person, or otherwise misuse our services.
  3. Contestant Voting
The website may allow members of the public to support contestants by purchasing votes.
Before completing a voting transaction, voters are responsible for confirming:
The contestant they intend to support
The number or value of votes being purchased
    The amount to be paid
    Their payment information
Once a payment has been successfully processed and the corresponding votes have been credited to a contestant, the votes are generally final and cannot ordinarily be withdrawn, transferred to another contestant or exchanged for cash.
  4. Voting Results
Paid votes received and successfully verified during the official voting period will be counted toward the applicable contestant’s voting total.
Miss Gospel Pageant International may establish opening and closing dates or times for voting and may reject transactions received outside the applicable voting period where necessary.
The organization reserves the right to investigate voting irregularities, fraudulent transactions, manipulation, automated abuse, chargeback abuse or other conduct capable of compromising the integrity of the competition.
Where fraudulent or invalid transactions are verified, associated votes may be removed or excluded from the official results.
  5. Voting Does Not Guarantee Winning
Purchasing votes supports the selected contestant but does not necessarily guarantee that the contestant will win the pageant or receive any particular title, placement, prize or award.
Where public voting forms only one component of the overall judging or selection process, other applicable competition criteria may also determine the final result.
  6. Payments
Payments made through our website may be processed by Flutterwave or other approved payment service providers.
Available payment methods and currencies may vary depending on the customer’s country, financial institution and payment provider.
By initiating a payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that the information provided is accurate.
  7. Prices and Currencies
Vote prices, ticket prices, registration fees and other charges will be displayed on the relevant page or communicated for the applicable activity.
Where payments are made from different countries or currencies, exchange rates, bank charges, mobile money charges, card charges or other payment-provider fees may apply.
  8. Failed, Pending and Duplicate Transactions
A payment attempt that appears as failed, pending or cancelled does not necessarily mean that funds have been successfully received by Miss Gospel Pageant International.
If you believe you have been charged without receiving the corresponding votes, ticket, registration or service, please contact us with your transaction details.
Verified duplicate or unsuccessful transactions will be handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.
  9. Refunds
Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy published on this website.
Successfully processed voting transactions for which votes have already been credited are generally non-refundable, subject to applicable law and the circumstances described in our Refund Policy.
  10. Event Tickets
Tickets purchased for Miss Gospel Pageant International events are valid only for the event for which they were issued.
Event dates, venues, programmes, speakers, performers or other arrangements may occasionally change due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Where an event is cancelled, postponed or materially changed, any applicable remedy will be handled in accordance with our Refund Policy and relevant event information.
  11. Contestant Registrations
Applicants and contestants are responsible for providing accurate information during registration.
Submitting an application or paying a registration fee does not automatically guarantee selection, qualification, placement or a particular outcome in a pageant unless expressly stated otherwise.
Additional contestant rules or eligibility requirements may apply to individual competitions.
  12. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the names, logos, website content, graphics, pageant materials, designs and other original materials associated with Miss Gospel Pageant International are owned by or used with authorization by Miss Gospel Pageant International.
They may not be copied, reproduced, commercially exploited or misrepresented without appropriate authorization.
  13. Contestant Images and Publicity
Photographs, names, biographies and other contestant materials displayed on our website are provided or used for legitimate pageant, promotional and voting purposes.
They may not be downloaded, altered, impersonated, commercially exploited or used in a misleading or harmful manner by website users.
  14. Website Availability
We aim to keep our website and voting services reasonably available, but uninterrupted operation cannot be guaranteed.
Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, internet connectivity, payment-provider interruptions, technical faults or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Where a technical issue affects a payment or voting transaction, we will make reasonable efforts to verify and resolve the transaction.
  15. Fraud and Voting Manipulation
We may investigate transactions or voting activity that reasonably appears fraudulent, unauthorized, manipulated or abusive.
Where appropriate, Miss Gospel Pageant International may reject invalid votes, correct voting records, suspend suspicious activity or take other reasonable measures necessary to protect the integrity of the competition.
  16. Privacy
Personal information collected through this website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By using our services, you acknowledge that certain information may be processed by third-party service providers, including payment processors, where necessary to provide the requested service.
  17. Limitation of Responsibility
Miss Gospel Pageant International will make reasonable efforts to operate its website, events, voting systems and payment processes accurately and fairly.
However, to the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for disruptions or losses caused solely by third-party networks, banks, telecommunications providers, payment processors, internet failures or circumstances reasonably beyond our control.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude any responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.
  18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions when reasonably necessary to reflect changes to our services, competitions, payment arrangements or applicable requirements.
The current version will be published on this website with an updated date.
  19. Governing Law
