Refund Policy

Last Updated: 31st August,2026

At Miss Gospel Pageant International, we are committed to providing a fair and transparent payment experience for our contestants, voters, event attendees, partners, and supporters. This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which payments made through our website may or may not qualify for a refund.

1. Paid Contestant Votes

Payments made to purchase votes for contestants are generally non-refundable once the payment has been successfully processed and the corresponding votes have been credited to the selected contestant.By completing a voting transaction, the voter confirms the contestant selected and the number or value of votes purchased.Because votes may immediately affect contestant voting totals and competition results, successfully credited votes cannot ordinarily be withdrawn, transferred to another contestant, exchanged for cash, or refunded simply because a voter changes their mind.

2. Incorrect Contestant Selection

Voters are responsible for confirming the contestant they wish to support before completing payment.Where a voter accidentally selects the wrong contestant and the votes have already been successfully credited, we cannot guarantee that the transaction can be reversed or transferred.

3. Duplicate Transactions

If a customer is charged more than once for the same intended transaction due to a verified technical or payment-processing error, the customer should contact us.Once the duplicate transaction has been verified, we will take appropriate steps, which may include correcting the vote allocation or processing a refund for the duplicate payment where appropriate.

4. Payment Deducted but Votes Not Credited

If payment is successfully deducted but the corresponding votes are not credited due to a technical error, please contact us with your transaction details. After verification, we will ordinarily credit the appropriate votes to the selected contestant. Where this cannot reasonably be done, an appropriate refund may be considered.

5. Failed or Pending Transactions

A transaction marked as failed, cancelled, or pending does not automatically mean that Miss Gospel Pageant International has received the funds.Where funds have been deducted for a failed or pending transaction, the customer should notify us and may also need to contact their bank, mobile money provider, card issuer, or payment service provider. We will assist with transaction verification where reasonably possible.

6. Event Tickets and Registrations

Payments for event tickets or registrations are generally non-refundable after purchase unless otherwise stated for the particular event. If an event is cancelled by Miss Gospel Pageant International and no reasonable alternative arrangement is provided, eligible ticket holders may be offered a refund or another appropriate remedy. If an event is postponed or rescheduled, purchased tickets will ordinarily remain valid for the rescheduled event unless otherwise communicated.

7. Contestant Registration and Other Fees

Contestant registration, application, administrative, or participation fees may be non-refundable once an application has been processed or administrative services have commenced, unless otherwise expressly stated.

10. Payment Processing Partners

Payments made through our website may be processed by Flutterwave or other approved payment service providers.Certain payment disputes, reversals, failed transactions, or refunds may therefore also be subject to the procedures and processing timelines of the relevant financial institution or payment service provider.

11. Fraudulent or Abusive Requests

Miss Gospel Pageant International reserves the right to investigate refund requests suspected to involve fraud, manipulation, abuse, chargeback misuse, or other unauthorized activity. This does not affect any rights a customer may have under applicable law.
